2. Service description
Menu Malak is a cloud-based restaurant management platform providing digital QR menus, ordering, point of sale (POS), kitchen display system (KDS), stories & highlights, loyalty programs, analytics, and multi-branch management.
3. User accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Information provided must be accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
5. User-generated content
When you upload content (such as stories and photos), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You retain ownership. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms.
6. Payment & billing
Pricing is based on your agreed plan. We charge for usage (branches and tables), not features. Invoices are issued monthly.
7. Limitation of liability
Menu Malak provides the platform "as is". We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.
